Nature of Our Services

McWellness provides Neurofeedback, QEEG Brain Mapping and Compassionate Inquiry-informed sessions as a wellness and self-regulation support service.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition, and are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care. If you have a medical or mental-health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Compassionate Inquiry support is currently provided on a trainee basis, with qualification expected by February 2027.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Every individual is unique. Experiences and outcomes vary, and no specific result is guaranteed.

Suitability

An initial consultation helps determine whether our services may be appropriate for you. Where appropriate, we may recommend that you seek other professional support.

Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Booking requests made through the McWellness UAE app become appointments only when the practice confirms them. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm, exclusive of VAT, with VAT stated separately.

You may ask to move a confirmed visit, or cancel it, up to the notice period shown in the app; inside that period, please call us. If we arrive and a session cannot safely take place, the unfit-to-treat fee shown in the app may be charged.

Prepaid packages cover the sessions stated when purchased and are not transferable between households. Payment is by cash, bank transfer or payment link; tax invoices and receipts are issued through the app.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, branding, the McWellness name and the “McWellness Journey” framework — is the property of McWellness and may not be reproduced without permission.

Use of This Website

This website is provided for general information about our services. It is offered “as is”, and we make no warranties as to its accuracy or continuous availability.

You agree not to misuse the website or its content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, McWellness shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content.
